The story

One bad legging, and what came after

Luneva started in Budapest in 2026. Not from a fashion house or a funding round — from a pilates studio.

The problem everyone had

Anyone who does pilates or yoga three times a week knows three things for certain: the waistband rolls down, a light legging goes sheer in a squat, and the top rides up in a forward fold. You should not have to accept any of that in a piece over a hundred euros. And yet that is exactly what we found at every price point.

It could not be bought, it had to be designed

At first we thought we just had to look harder. Then it turned out the problem starts at the fabric: most leggings are cut from the same two or three wholesale jerseys with a different label sewn in. So we started developing our own fabric with a Portuguese knitter — that is where Cloudsoft came from, eleven prototypes later.

What we do not do

We do not run monthly collections. We do not carry thirty colours. We do not run Black Friday, because that would mean we overcharge the rest of the year. We add twice a year, and a piece stays in the range as long as it is good — not as long as it is trending.

Where it is made

The knits are made in Portugal, at a family-run factory outside Porto, and the heavier layers in İzmir. We visited both before we ordered. Design and patterns are done in Budapest.

Fabrics

Four fabrics, nothing hidden

Every piece we make uses one of these four. Here is the exact composition, the weight, and what each one is for.
