2. Conclusion of the contract
Placing an order concludes a contract by electronic means. We send a confirmation email. If no confirmation arrives within 48 hours, your obligation ceases. The language of the contract is Hungarian and it is not filed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown are gross prices including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders already placed. Payment methods: [PAYMENT PROVIDER TBC].
4. Delivery
1–2 working days in Hungary, 3–6 working days within the European Union. Delivery fees are listed on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on receipt of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). Beyond that we voluntarily offer a 30-day exchange and return window. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed. 6. Warranty
In the event of defective performance you may assert warranty claims under the Hungarian Civil Code. A complaint communicated within two months of discovering the defect is deemed timely. We replace items with manufacturing faults.
7. Complaints and remedies
You may submit complaints to [email protected]; we investigate within 30 days. As a consumer you may turn to the competent conciliation body, or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
